I’m surprised that, between the article and the comments, nobody has mentioned the Bucks. I’m certainly not pushing them as the “deepest well of next-gen basketball players” or even “ready to make the leap”, but what they’re doing with Giannis, Middleton, Parker, Henson, Monroe, MCW, and now Thon is very similar in terms of targeting size, speed, and defensive versatility. None is shorter than 6'6" (MCW) or older than 26 (Monroe). Even Dellevedova (on an overpay but who wasn’t, though) is 25, 6'4", has a ring, and can actually hit a 3, too.
