I think people need to be educated on how to negotiate.

What we could do for the next generation’s public schools is to grade them on how well they come up with negotiated solutions to the most dogmatically opposed ideologies, and on their oratorical skills.

Currently Americans fear public speaking more than death: https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-real-story-risk/201211/the-thing-we-fear-more-death

And by the calculations of the master negotiator Jim Thomas (Negotiate to Win), are vying with Germans for being the worst negotiators on the face of the planet.

My plan is to enact a pretty strait-forward law:

Student Congresses (everyone is part of the House, unless they get friends to put them in the Senate).
