Hey Brian — Sent this via email but while your data regarding price is compelling for existing customers (not why people don’t come back), it appears the team has a greater problem with bringing people in in the first place. If you were to go survey people who do not know about the Deltas yet — my guess is the price problem would present itself more. Maintaining a high average ticket price doesn’t matter if your volume is low. Maintaining a high $ per visit at concessions doesn’t matter if your volume is low.
