Ya know I have had dreams of familiar places that look different. I just had a lucid dream where this happened. I was trying to fly in my dream, and I was in my childhood room. I floated out the window, so I was pretty happy about that. I am getting better at it. Although, I have had another experience that was very different from lucid dreaming. It may have been an astral projection. That experience made me realize there is an interconnected network of consciousness that is waiting to be explored.
