Many people use lists to get a lovingly carefully curated Twitter experience. Other people mute RTs and so on. There are as many different ways of using Twitter as there are things that people love about Twitter. A general algorithmic swipe could kill this diversity and a lot of those nuances. A big part of Twitter’s magic is in the deep contextuality of tweets.
