You don’t really think I backed that one, do you?
David Cearley

I don’t know you, so I have no idea what you back. I can’t help but notice your comment applauding the Republican defense of the Second Amendment out of all the rights we’re supposed to have. 1 out of 10 is a terrible ratio and that pattern has held since 9–11. That’s why the Senate and the House are protesting. It’s not because they actually want to pass this bill. They can’t pass any bills. This is just the most egregious example of Republicans grandstanding about freedom which they define very narrowly as “buying a gun”.

If Ted Cruz really cared about people’s rights, he would get the heck out of DC and bring the cavalry to defend a man who actually faces charges for using his gun to defend his home. Instead, he goes to Washington to decry “political theater”.
