I’m quite glad that I’m learning new things everyday.
Turns out, I’ve been getting really crappy quality sleep for the past few weeks. Like, scrapping the bottom of the barrel kind of quality. I got some meds to help me sleep at night, and hopefully things will start to turn around again soon enough.
It has never crossed my mind that to keep you going during the day, the body increases the secretion of cortisol and adrenaline when you don’t get enough sleep. That explains the more aggressive and irritable behaviour that I’ve been experiencing.
Have to remind myself that this will take a few days to reset the clock. That’s all I have for today. :) Enjoy the weekends everyone!
