From Supermercato 24 to Everli.

It’s been a while since we received our first order: soda and crackers for a retired man from Verona.

From that day 6 years have passed, our team has grown to 200 people, we’ve created 100 partnerships with distributors and producers, we’ve changed 8 different locations between Verona and Milan, and what matters most, we’ve delivered more than a million groceries to homes around Italy.

We’ve sure come a long way.

But it’s not just that. During these years, and even more during this recent health crisis, we understood that each and every order is — deep down — a request for help. It is a way to say “lend me a hand”: “lend me a hand” to save time, “lend me a hand” to lift heavy weights, “lend me a hand” to be safe at home, or just “lend me a hand” to feel a little lighter. A hand to achieve more peace of mind and do away with the issues of grocery shopping.

Facing these requests, we decided to make them our mission. This is the direction we will follow as we face new challenges on our way to become the leading marketplace for grocery shopping both in Italy and in Europe (Have you heard? As of a few months ago we now deliver in Poland, as well!)

Let’s talk details

For all of us, this is the beginning of a new era. And every era deserves a name.

We considered more than 1500 possibilities, looking for a name that was easy to understand, memorize, and pronounce all over Europe. A unique name that suggests the possibilities offered by a new way to shop for groceries, while still conveying the fundamental values our clients live by.

Everli.

Everli is simple, positive, close to you — but ready to go the extra mile. Everli, the easiest way to buy every grocery products and to receive them wherever you want, whenever you want.

A new logo

New name, new logo. Still green — because hey, this is still us — but brighter, more distinct, more solid.

Alongside the name we have a pictogram. One single line, united, showing a hand holding a product. We called it “Mano”, and we think it will help us show the basic principle we stand for: human touch.

(Lots of) new colors

Everli means selection, and inside Everli, variety means colors.

We opted for a six-color palette to back up our green, as to highlight products, promotions, products labels, and search filters. A simple solution to show you a smart way to get whatever you want at home, whenever you want it.

A so Everli typography

We also renewed our writing typography, using one that represents Everli as much as possible: friendly, bright, trustworthy.

Everli combines human sensitivity and technological potential, and for this reason we believe that the smooth lines and geometrical symmetry of this type perfectly mirror our personality.

Lots of news

Everli is more than a nice face and a helpful personality. Everli is hard-working.

Starting today, using Everli it will be possible to control product replacements even before check-out. It will be possible to monitor orders, time of delivery, and payment status. It will be possible to add or remove products up to the very last minute, and to have an even more qualified Shopper with a new kit of bags that can preserve cold and frozen products longer. And of course, in case of problems our customer service team will assist you on the phone until we find a solution.

This is only the beginning

For 5 years, Supermercato24 has been a great companion to save time. Now, we can’t wait to build a world that says goodbye to grocery shopping bothers and says hello to a more peaceful life. With Everli.
