But from my experience I can say that as a personal nutritionist ChatGPT is a salvation.

Knowing how to competently compose your question, you can get a lot of useful information for free: personalized nutrition advice, menu planning, analysis of your food basket, individual approach to calorie and PFC counting, training plans. The list is really long.

How to ask ChatGPT to calculate your calorie (and PFC) intake for weight maintenance, weight gain or weight loss:

Write your height, weight, gender, age, average number of steps per day and/or how many workouts you have per week.

Be sure to include your GOAL.

(The answer will be more accurate if you know your body fat percentage and specify it!)
