Cheating scandle

Emily walked into the house at 3 o’clock in the morning. Her mom was sitting on the couch waiting for Emily. What she was wearing her mom would not be happy with, Emily quickly sat down and said nothing. Until her mom finally said “ emily where have you been all night?” Emily replied “ I was just out for a little bit it’s not a big deal.” Her mom just scowled at her and sighed. Her face said it all, Emily’s mom was about to lose it. Emily’s mom said screaming “ NOT A BIG DEAL?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” “YOU ARE GROUNDED FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH.”

Emily looked stunned, “But mom you always let me stay out this late, it has never been a problem before.” Why are you getting all worked up over nothing?” Emily had a very confused look on her face, and her mom looked like she was going to blow up like a volcanic eruption. Her face turned bright red her hair almost began to stand up. It was a very scary site for Emily to see her mom like this. Usually her mom never gets mad at things like this, so Emily didn’t really know what to say. All she could do was sit there and listen to her mom nag at her.

“ it’s not fair to me because nikki did the same thing that I did, yet you said absolutely nothing to her.” Little did emily know that her mom had a huge secret. Late at night Emily heard something happening downstairs, she saw her mom leaving the house. Emily got curious so she decided to follow her mom to where she was going. It was a weird thing for her mom to do, so she hopped on her skateboard and followed her. Her mom must have drove for miles, when she finally stopped emily was relieved. Emily thought to herself, “what is my mom doing at a motel in the middle of the night.” When her mom got out of the car she had a black skin tight dress on and high heels that were pink on. If Emily wore those she would get locked in her room forever.

When she saw what her mom was doing emily wanted to scream and barge into the motel room. Emily saw her mom with another man, she was furious, angry, and most of all disappointed. She skated home as fast as she could, ran to her room and cried. When she heard her mom come in all she did was stay in her room. The next morning her mom was acting very weird. She looked so happy and cheerful, then emily got a very evil idea. At first she thought that she didn’t want to go threw with what she was going to do. But she said to herself, no my mom deserves all that she is getting to her. After all that is what karma basically is, and Emily has the most evil look on her face. Her eyes were wide and they looked like they were popping out of her head. Her hair was all messed up and in a bun, it did not look like the bleach blonde hair that she normally had going on. Emily just sat in her room and started to make an evil laugh, which even surprised her. She had never made that laugh before, and it scared her a little bit.

She thought “ it’s time for some payback!” At first emily was acting normal. Then she asked “hey mom where were you last night?” Her mom said “ Well I had to get some last minute groceries.” Emily knew she was lying, so she threw a very expensive vase that her mom got my italy on the floor. The floor was just polished so if Emily or anyone of her family members ruined it, it would be so expensive to fix. It was polished marble and it looked so pretty in the light. It glimmered but Emily did it anyway. Emily said “YOU LYING WHORE, I KNOW WHERE YOU WERE LAST NIGHT, DON’T EVEN TRY MAKING UP A LIE.” Emily’s mom looked shocked and upset. Emily could tell that she was going to start crying any second. But to Emily’s surprise her mom didn’t start crying at all. In fact her mom started to laugh so hard that she was winded.

Emily said “ um mom what the hell is wrong with you?” Her mom just looked at her and said “ you idiot, you followed the the wrong car, I actually went to the grocery store.” Emily looked so embarrassed she just kept her head down and started to cry and laugh. Her mom said that she went to jewel because it was 24 hours, all she was getting was some yogurt and oats, for the morning. So that she could make breakfast for Emily and so that Emily wouldn’t nag at her for not having any food in the house . Oh and by the way honey the vase you broke I have got a ton of them in the basement. They really aren’t from Italy, I got them from the dollar store. So now you look even more foolish than before. “ oh by the way you are still grounded for the rest of the month.” Her mom went up to be and said good night, Emily just sat at the kitchen table and was so confused. But she just went up to bed and forgot all about what had happened. The next morning when emily woke up she was still very confused. Maybe her mom had actually tricked her and she really did cheat on her father. Either way emily was going to find out the truth and she was going to do it with the help of her friend. Who she was talking the the night that it all went down. She was very excited to be apart of this and it was actually going to be fun because she really liked to solve mysteries. At the end of the day she figured out that her mom wasn’t lying about where she was. She felt kind of stupid and said sorry to her mom and at the end of the day they were friends again. Which was a good thing for emily and she liked that she didnt have to fight with her mom and they could just have fun together. No more secrets from her mom or from her.
