Dennis, thank you for writing this article! You are so strong and you’re on the right path to getting better. I completely understood and felt every word you wrote. I went through a similar experience a few months ago, panic attacks at night, anxiety throughout the day, eventually it left me very depressed. What you are doing so far is going to help you so much. I also might add that you should try Lavender and Chamomile tea, it helped me so much too after I cut out coffee from my life, it’s been over a year now! The Simple App has great meditations too.
