Difference between “Nice to Have Features” vs “Must Have Features”
(1) We thought we were building an MVP and it was chock full of “nice to have” not “must have” features.
This is one of the key metrics that most of the startups fails to distinguish.
Not finding user’s “Must Have Feature/Features” early on is a clear cut answer to 6th point of what went wrong.
(6) We knew motivation was one of the key elements of a person’s success in achieving their goals, but we couldn’t crack it.
Product’s value proposition is not about delivering multiple “FANCY” looking features that doesn't serves the actual need rather a product with only a single feature can be qualified as MVP if it hits the spot of users need.
