Great article and seeing from some of the responses, it’s clear that a lot more work needs to happen as people don’t get it [as highlighted by some of the comments from men below].

Anyways — thank you for the great article. While you applied a humouristic approach to your article which lets people read its content more easily [and for some to accept it more easily], I think the underlying message is very important.

People in general [men or women] think different from one another, they process information/data/issues from different points of view and that’s a strength — why shouldn’t we have the collaboration of women’s intellect (who often process things in many ways better) to add to the unique points of views that yield better projects/results.
