Thanks to your extensive feedback, we know that some of you have experienced difficulties with withdrawing funds from EXMO platform lately. We would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, as well as to explain the situation that occurred.

Over the past few months, EXMO developers have been working hard to make EXMO better, and transactions on its platform faster. To achieve this, EXMO team performed a number of technical works on the Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets used on the platform. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing maintenance withdrawing funds or transaction confirmations associated with these two cryptocurrencies might experience delays in the next few days.

Currently, EXMO team is doing everything possible to get things back to normal.

Worth noting that at this point a number of cryptocurrency exchanges have already closed new users’ registration due to the significant volatility on the crypto-market, and inability of technical support to cope with the growing demand. We at EXMO made a decision not to limit our users’ capabilities, and we are making everything possible to allow them on our platform. That said, EXMO support team is currently experiencing the required scaling in order to stay available 24/7, and respond to all your queries in a timely manner.
