An electronic surveillance and control grid is being put in place throughout the world, which is completely concealed from the public.

It is being put in place by an unelected cabal of the super-rich, via the United Nations, which they control.
It is being used to wirelessly track, and electronically harass and torture millions of people to the point of suicide, in countries where advanced technology exists. This can all be done by remote means and I have reason to believe that it is currently happening in Ireland. It can also happen to you.
Chemtrails, which are being sprayed from airplanes, contain similar ingredients to strontium, barium and aluminium, among other things. We breath in these chemicals. We then become conductive to the microwave radiation, which is being transmitted from mobile phone towers. This turns the human body into a giant antenna that reacts to the mobile phone tower signals. Provided we are within ten metres of digital technology, such as televisions, computers and smart phones, our minds can be programmed. All of us who use digital technology are being mind controlled. Most people are being mind controlled by state-of-the-art mind control. These people are not aware that they are heavily mind controlled. People who are known as targeted individuals are being mind controlled by trauma based mind control.
Firstly, professional gang-stalkers take an EEG reading of the brain of the individual, that is being selected for trauma based mind control. This reading is taken while that potential target is standing in line or eating in a restaurant. The targets biometrics are then uploaded to a computer system, and from that point on, they can be directly targeted by remote means, by the will of people unknown to them. Wireless brain-computer interfaces work through a microwave signal, similar to a mobile phone.
The weapons grid can be used to wirelessly interrogate targeted individuals, while they are in their own homes, by the use of voice to skull military communication technology, which is a system being used by signals intelligence personnel, who remain anonymous while conducting these wireless interrogations. During the course of dialogue with the voice to skull voices, directed energy weapons are used to map our neural pathways, and establish triggers and create stress. The targeted individuals are discredited by means of a whispering campaign, so that no one will believe their experiences. The global enslavement grows every time a new victim is added to this wireless concentration camp.
The weapons grid can be used to target an individual or a group. It can be used to target a building or a vehicle. It can also be used for corporate espionage. Electronic weapons targeting is being carried out for the purposes of training and research, and eventually for full spectrum dominance over the whole of humanity. The signals intelligence personnel who operate these electronic weapons, are employed by defence contractors, who are given contracts by agents of our governments. The tax payer is paying for the electronic torture of their fellow citizens.
Neuroscientists have learned how to read thoughts and called it remote neural monitoring. By firing false neurons at the brain, all five senses can be manipulated. Directed Energy Weapons are also used to burn, shock and cause other physical pain.
The video surveillance that is used in electronic warfare is ground based and it is done through signals intelligence. The signals intelligence operators log into the postal code of the person they wish to conduct surveillance on. This allows directed energy from three telephone masts to be triangulated in a position directly above their home. Without any further technology, the signals intelligence operatives can gain vantage into the home of the targeted individual in real time. They can adjust the signal in order to see from room to room. We are deliberately misled into believing in the lie that satellites are real in order to make us feel helpless and to feel unable to free ourselves from this predicament. Satellites are a hoax.
The electrical appliances in our homes send and receive signals of energy to and from each other, and to and from all the other electrical appliances in the neighbourhood. These energy signals are creating a smart grid, which can be used to create holograms, both inside the home and also across the sky. These holograms can appear as extra-terrestrials, or as demons, or even religious apparitions. These holograms, combined with mind control technology has led many people to mistakenly believe that they are in the presence of extraterresterials or religious figures. People can be manipulated to falsely believe they are seeing mirages. The extraterresterial hoax, the demonic possession hoax, the religious apparation hoax, the children having imaginary friends hoax, and the poltergeist hoax and many other lies and hoaxes are being used as cover stories to hide the existence of the electronic surveillance and control grid, and electronic harassment weapons. Children between the ages of three and six are sometimes targeted with this technology, before their core personality sets.
Psychiatry, through mistaken false mental illness diagnoses, is being used as a cover for the widespread misuse of this remote controlled electronic surveillance and harassment system. This false mental illness diagnoses destroys the credibility of the electronic harassment victims.
Mass mind control is being used, through high-definition televisions, and smart technology, and cinema screens to make society unquestioningly believe anything agents of the control system wish them to believe. Mobile phone towers have the capability to broadcast frequencies across broad populations that can alter the emotions of the people. These frequencies can be transmitted through their televisions, computers, smart phones and cinema, which can cause them to have their emotions altered by remote means, to feel fear or apathy, or any emotion.
People in the know, including some senior politicians, some of the judiciary and the media are remaining silent, lest they be targeted and electronically harassed or tortured by remote means, with this technology. Plausable deniability is built into these electronic torture programs, with the perpetrators hidden behind layers of authority figures. A person can be selected for targeting by electronic means if they are a non-conformist, or if they question corrupt authority. You can get targeted just by having knowledge of the crime of others, or if you are work shy or on disability allowance or if you are a whistleblower or a free thinker. You can get put on an electronic harassment list for almost any reason. The people who carry out electronic harassment and torture are heavily programmed themselves. They see themselves as merely cogs in a machine, just doing their job, allowing them to avoid responsibility for the consequences of their actions. Blindly following orders without questioning them is the true pathway to evil.
There is abundant evidence that we have been lied to on an unimaginable scale in order to keep us from interfering with the plans of the criminal cabal. It is being widely claimed by credible scientists that nuclear weapons are a hoax, space travel and the existence of satellites are also a hoax. Electronic weapons are being used to neutralise any scientist who questions the fraudently science being created by the criminal cabal.
A central command and control centre has been created within the European union, where all orders are issued from, to our senior politicians, our police, the intelligence services, the military, main-stream medicine, psychiatry, social workers, senior civil servants, and anybody else who receives government funding. They are now working towards a worldwide human electronic totalitarian control system, through the policies of Agenda 21, under the dubious claims of sustainable development, and I believe they have joined forces with all major organised religions, who appear to be working towards the same agenda.
There are two easy methods to instantly dismantle the whole evil electronic surveillance and enslavement system. Either method would work. If mobile phone towers were dismantled, or chemtrail aerosol spraying ceased, vital links needed to carry wireless messages to and from human brains and bodies would no longer be possible. Additionally, we should urgently find a way of disrupting the electronic signals by using some type of jamming system.. I believe that if we dismantle our telephone masts as a matter of urgency, we are freeing ourselves and our children from a future of rigid enslavement in a planetry wide electronic concentration camp. Some telephone mast technology has now been placed on the top of church steeples and tall trees in some European countries, but the active signals from these can be easily detected by means of signal detection meters, so that they can be dismantled also. Without telephone masts, we can still continue to use landline phones for our business and social use, without any negative impact on our lives.
Throughout the world, remote controlled electronic weapons can only legally be used by government agents. I believe that your tax money is being used to wirelessly electronically harass and torture selected Irish people who have committed no crime, while these people are in their own homes. Please research abuses of signals intelligence. Please consider the idea of the European Union being disbanded, and of us dismantling our telephone masts. Please consider the idea of dismantling the intelligence services, and of switching from digital television back to the old system of analogue television.
Please ask all governments to enact a ban against the misuse of any type of directed energy weapon which can be used to attack and torture people through the walls of their homes. Please ask all governments to provide financial incentives to people with the knowledge and ability to jam the electronic signals of these nightmare weapons. Please ask them for the location of any signals intelligence control centre or any fusion centre which might be located in each country. . Please ask the you government to name the defence contractors who have received funding from your exchequer, for using signals intelligence against the public. Please ask our politicians and judiciary and all people who are agents of the government to cease using technologies which might allow them to be remotely influenced, into making decisions not in the best interests of the Irish people. If a person with a government funded position insists in continuing to use these technologies, we can no longer trust their ability to have sound judgement, and that includes the police, and most importantly, the military intelligence, who may have been empowered to use electronic weapons.
Please do not organise a human rights march. These marches are being deliberately infiltrated by trouble-makers, and, in some instances, mood altering technology is covertly being used against the marchers. I have friends, throughout Ireland, who claim they are being electronically harassed in their own homes by these weapons. This electronic surveillance and control system is never openly talked about or reported in the heavily controlled main-stream media. I believe all of the points that I have raised in this letter are true but I can not prove them.
