We write to make sense of the grief. And it may feel like a broken record, but you need to release the hurt. Writing always helps. My grief never leaves, but I at least feel better for a while writing it all out and sharing my pain with others through the writing. It feels like validation, don't you think? I wish I could find a way to erase your pain, my friend. But I can at least tell you, you are not alone in your grief, and you will be in my prayers tonight.
