Security Empowerment is about educating your staff so that they’re able to thrive while living overseas.

Challenge: When expat staff members think about security they usually associate it with boring lectures, restrictions, and fear. A Security Program should always be a servant to the organization’s mission.

Solution: Contract a Security Professional that will not only educate but also motivate your staff to practice practical security measures so that they are able to accomplish their mission abroad.

Example: We recently delivered a security awareness workshop to an International Language School. A few weeks after the workshop the school’s administration was amazed on how their staff embraced the new security measures.
