I only have the ritual insofar I have a steady bedtime and wake up time. I’m a student and work from home a lot, so I’ll wake up at either 06:15 or 07:25 depending on if I have to go to school or not, and it has changed my focus and productivity dramatically. A steady bedtime of 22:15 and 23:25 lets me have a solid eight hours of sleep which works wonders!
I’m considering, after reading this, the walk in the morning before I start. Up until now I’ve written something short in the morning, then get coffee and watch mindless Youtube videos to relax before I really start my day, but maybe a walk is a better alternative to that. Drink coffee afterwards. Great article.
