Healing in its own right is such a beautiful phenomena. Only after we heal ourselves can we begin to heal others and the world around us. Most people want a “one size fits all healing journey” and/ or a “one size fits all spiritual awakening” however that is not the case. We are all living unique lives therefore our healing journeys will be different. Yes we are a collective and as a collective we have common things to heal and can still go through a healing journey collectively, however, it will look different from person to person. We can share insight and tools that have worked for us, but I stress to never force someone to follow everything you did to the T because that’s just not natural. We can use the same tools and take/use what works for us and leave the rest. I created Exquisite Taste as a platform for all things healing, lifestyle, spirituality and everything in between. I believe that healing yourself is the most powerful thing you can do and it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I can attest to this! Since we are all unique beautiful souls, all of our journeys no matter how similar or different are all executed flawlessly and beautifully, why?! because no one can do what you do. And I’m proud of you no matter where you are on your journey. Healing is a journey and not a one day hit it and quit it. Something you grow to love through experience. Hence why I call this Exquisite Taste. Healing is a luxury which is why they deprived us of the knowledge and resources needed to be divine beings. Healing is exquisite and beautiful, now it’s not always glamorous but there’s still beauty in the struggle, in our confusion, in our hopelessness, in the ‘rock bottoms’. I am Here to help us all align and attract what we are destined for so we don’t have to spend a lifetime translating our souls to those who are undeserving.
