⚒ A decentralized network of oracles is the optimal solution for verifying any arbitrary data. However, in order for such a network to be reliable, network decentralization and independence of oracles are not enough. It is necessary that the oracles not only receive remuneration for their work, but also bear responsibility for it.

👁‍🗨 The EYWA Relayer Network implements the principle of financial responsibility — oracles are fined for violations. But let’s figure out exactly what actions of the oracles entail punishment.

🔸 Leaders, if they do not have time to form the correct package, do not receive rewards for missed packages. If they make a package with actions that violate the rules of the network, they are fined.

🔸 Archivists who do not have time to publish the generated package within the specified time are fined.

🔸 Validators who were forced to interrupt their work, but returned before the epoch change, lose only the reward for missed packets. If the validator has not returned to work before the end of the epoch, they are fined.

📌 Thus, the EYWA Relayer Network establishes the financial responsibility of the network participants for the performance of their duties, however, since violations are not always associated with the malicious intent of the participants, reasonable allowances are provided in the system.
