Meet the Mars Rover Team Educating the World
Turns out , winning competitions across India isn’t enough for this team, they want to do more.
Meet Project Kratos . They are the Mars Rover Team for BITS Pilani Goa.Every year since 2018 as leadership changes hands and new ones come onboard, the need for technical training was imminent so they would participate in the free summer courses program offering courses on electronics , life detection , autonomous and mechatronics to induct new talent and to spread their name across campus.
However as the courses expanded , so did the vision. Project Kratos every year releases four projects to educate people in these domains they have relative expertise in. They educate people about what they do and how these topics are crucial in building and deploying a rover.
They use this as a base to induct a team and educate the world.
With a host of mentors, they successfully teach over 500 students every summer. Apart from that , they kick serious butt at competitions. Check out their URC Acceptance here.
