I liked your idea of trying to change the way the cookies traveled. I thought it was very interesting and that not a lot of people would have thought about the cookie project from this angle. Even though the idea didn’t work out I believe it could be a stepping stone to other great ideas! I wish I could have tried the dark chocolate avocado ginger cookie! Dark chocolate and avocado are 2 of my favorite foods and I would have loved it your recipe had worked out! What if you tried surveying more people about their idea of ;the perfect cookie? Not just people around you, but all over the world. I’m curious to see how different cultures would describe the perfect cookie differently.
