Thanks for the response. As I imagined, none of the statements are based in real data. That concerns me. You are making statements about your own experience with those apps. And you are criticizing their inconsistency with harsh language (to me, calling something “a mess” is a negative critique, sorry) as if you knew for a fact people care about that.

As Glenn very well wrote in his comment: “your arguments are based completely on your own assumptions, and probably your own usage of the apps? One of the main rules for a UX designer: we are not representative users.” – hope you take that into consideration not only as you are writing future posts, but hopefully in your day-to-day design decisions as well.
