Wake up with NO NEW SUBSCRIBERS ON YOUTUBE? Try this.
A powerful yet simple idea to increase your Youtube subscribers and views starting NOW!
Do you wake up in the morning, and feel disappointed, frustrated, and unmotivated to continue with your YouTube channel when you see that, overnight, you have not gained new subscribers; that the views have not increased significantly and, you feel that you have stagnated?
You’ve already tried changing your thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and scripts and still, you’re not getting results that allow you to achieve your goals.
You are not alone…
The good news is that there are some changes you can start implementing now, that can make a big difference in discovering how to grow your YouTube channel.
And of echo, in many cases, it may take you only a short time to achieve it. So, if you want to see more views and subscribers, when you wake up in the morning, manage to develop a mindset that focuses on a simple and powerful idea:
UNDERSTAND YOUR AUDIENCE AND ADD VALUE
It’s not just about keeping your audience in mind when you write titles to position your keywords directed to that target audience, but also about understanding what excites them, what they are afraid of, what their pain points are… What they are looking for, what they want to see, and how they want to see it!
To give you an example…
Imagine you’ve decided to make time to watch Netflix, and you don’t know what to watch or choose. Simply put, there are a thousand options and you can spend hours trying to choose which movie or series will give you the experience you are looking for… Many times, you end up overwhelmed and end up picking anything.
Well, on YouTube, that time to capture the attention of our audience is shorter. And what I will tell you next ruins many of the channels I’ve worked on…
And is that, in milliseconds an average user decides what to see; and in seconds, whether to continue watching or simply discard the content. Which significantly affects your retention rate and, therefore, your reach.
So, understand your audience, and from there, design a thumbnail that catches attention, generates intrigue, and curiosity, and stands out from your competition. Then, write a title and description that will be relevant, sought after, and exciting to your audience.
Once you have captured their attention, you must go for retention (And this is where most inexperienced YouTubers fail) Don’t waste time, with lengthy introductions about yourself, your business, animations… Get to the point.
You’ve made a promise to your audience, now you must deliver. If you click bate, it will reflect on your retention rates, and not only have you pissed off your potential subscriber but also, it will give the algorithm the signal of a low user experience SATISFACTION, and therefore, it will penalize your content, considering it as NOT RELEVANT.
Once you have hooked your audience. You must now take them on a great journey of transformation. It can be a simple transformation such as how someone goes from not knowing something, to knowing it. Or how someone goes from not knowing what product to buy to deciding to buy.
You don’t need to be Shakespeare. You can achieve this with a good script that just has the basic points that will allow you to take your viewers through that journey; where you tell them the story they have come to hear. And guess what happens when they get to the end?
They are grateful. Because you have brought them value. And then, they will not only subscribe but, they will remember you. And they will come back to the platform to see more interesting content on YOUTUBE, the platform preferred by millions of users around the world, and used by more than 15 million creators who want to share what they are passionate about and make a living from it.
So think of your content as your favorite series and each video as an episode. Would you really invest your time in watching it? If you say yes, and you still don’t get the results you expected, we invite you to analyze your metrics.
If instead, you understand what I’m saying but you don’t know how to implement it, here’s where I can help you…
After working for more than 20 years as a creator, and receiving awards for my work in the art, entertainment, advertising and marketing industry.
I decided it was time to start offering my help, on a freelance basis on Fiverr, to entrepreneurs, professionals, business referrals, and content creators who understand the value of the creator economy…
One of the world’s fastest-growing economies at a rate never seen before, generating more than 100 billion dollars per year. More than 50,000 million people around the world participate part-time, parallel to their stable jobs. Being a 2.3 million, who do it full time, generating income that allows them to have control over their content; diversity of business models, and control over their future and greater creative freedom.
That’s my personal purpose. And that’s what I want for other people who feel that a 9 to 5 job is not enough for them. Or who simply want to share what they are passionate about, what excites them, what inspires them, to reach the right people.
If any of this resonates with you; I can help you boost your YouTube channel, from the stage where you have an idea, to its execution.
Through my consulting or management services in content strategy; script development, thumbnail design, YouTube positioning, and redistribution on other platforms.
So that your Youtube journey is much more than just getting subscribers and views, but also generating a significant impact on others, and on your own life.
