HR Activity About Interview

Yesterday I met with the HR manager of Chamber of Commerce. It was really nice meeting with him. I learnt lot of different new things that was important for interview. When I enter in HR Room I was so much excited to ask different question with manager about interview. My first question was that what are the key points which you seek in an ideal interviewee? I was confused about this question but when HR manager tell me in correct way, my confusion was resolved. Second question was that about the recruitment process than he can tell me the process for hiring process, when I was hear about this answer my all perception was wrong about hiring. That was good learning for me. My worst question was that because I had faced this problem when I was in interview I ask sir I want to make HR manager at your company, so what the qualification/process is required? When I was asked this question than I look at the HR manager Face his face was not happy about this question, and I feel he did not wanted to talk with me .He was just try to end the interview. I don’t know why manager behave like this, and I did not have the job at this company. That s why I ask this question again at meeting with HR manager of chamber . When he was listening my question his expression was not good but this time manager guide me this question was not good according to the etiquette, and against the policy of any company so you will never ask this question at interview, if you ask, it mean that you are fire at the interview and you did not got the job. It was my new learning I will never ask this question at interview. Further, I asked sir what type of question was asked at interview. Than he was tell some question related to your subject mean to say that what position were you apply. Some open and close ended question is asked, and we will give different rating at interview while you are at interview. I ask lot of different question about equip and real .This concept was easily understood by me because I had already performed activity at this . I was learnt a lot and next time tries to follow all these steps at interview. which were told by HR manager, and recent I had mail the thank you mail to the HR manager.
