Manage and Maximize Career

To share this story, i went to my friend who is always desperate and disappoint. I shared with him the outcomes of the course which is managing and maximizing the career. I told him the six interesting guidelines for optimizing the career. I narrated him each point with set of examples. Here is my little gossip with the guy.

1. Find your passion and align it with your career.

Passion is always present in the soul, the hardest thing is to just accept it and carry it forward. Most of us do the things, we dont wanna do. Like, the cricketers who have the passion of playing. This passion moves them to play even in schorching heat and bear the scolding of family.but they continue in order to justify the heat of passion

2. Decisions are very unique to each person, what’s right for one isn’t right for the other.

Universe and its habitats are so diverse in nature that common human laws about psychology or key to success can not established. For example, if eneterprenurship is good here, it might not be good or profiting at any other place. same is with men. What is good for A is not necessarily hold good for B. There is variation. It is beauty of nature, fingers are not equal.

3. Own your decisions: Don’t let other people make decisions for you and don’t blame anyone else.

Right or wrong. Profiting or losing, It is the outcome of your decision. Own it with proud and dignity . It is better to learn from the mistakes and gain experience and move forward.

4. Do an internship before pursuing a higher degree to confirm if you like that field/industry

Doing internship is very crucial, as it opens the exposure and touches the field. if there is interest remaining, it will tell us that we should perue our degree.

5. Don’t do PhD if you want to be an entrepreneur or work in corporate sector

Phd is certainly good but sometimes it is over qualification. If there are chances of changing the field or working in the departments like corporate sector, it is advisable not to do Phd but to gain relevant experience,

6. Spend at least one year in your first job

It shows maturity and professional attitude. it opens the hallways of oppurtunities and earn good respect in the company and is regared as good omen in the CV.
