Positive Thinking
This blog is about positive & negative thinking, its experience, consequences and lessons. It said that you do what you feel, its mean that your action is based on your intention. It is entirely based either on your positive thinking or negative thinking. I want to add my personal example here. Sometimes I think so negatively about someone that I feel very nervous and depressed. All the day I get headache due to this negativity. Different bad things come to my mind about that person without assuring that he/she may be right about his/her doing. In order to cope of this problem, we should think positive about anyone. We can do this by smiling face all the time. We should also consider positive points instead of only thinking negative things. We should place ourselves in the foot of others, and then think on other’s perspective.
Moreover, I experienced 2 steps suggested by Shawn Anchor i.e mediate and journal. When I experienced mediate, I felt very easy myself. This activity is very helpful because it let you feel very easy and it prevents you feel any negativity. The other activity, journal, was also helpful to remain me in positivity. I always picked my friends from his home and dropped him after the whole day spending in University. These activities are helping me to be a positive and happy person. I think these types of positivity will also help us in our professional life.
