There are clearly many things to be gained from travel but a moral obligation to travel, for rich people, sounds pretty self-indulgent. Perhaps you could say more about the balance between the positive and negative impacts of travel? Would collecting rich life experiences be ok even if it doesn’t give anything back? I’m not implying any personal criticism here but I do think it’s worth exploring a bit.
