POMODORO TECHNIQUE

Introduction.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Franceso crillo in the late 1980 The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for ‘tomato’, after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.

My Experience

I assigned a task to my self today to complete Amal project.I set a timer of 25 minutes and after 10 minutes i completed the firs project and reward myself after completion of first project and then complete the other asks until the timer rings.then i take a short 5 minutes break

During this technique i felt no difficulty and it helped me to do get more productivity in a short time.
