White regressive leftists have a privilege that I don’t have: Being stupid without facing the consequences.

If the far right wins elections here in the United States or Europe as we have seen in some places, they are more likely to ban or attack people like me and my family than they would attack that someone who looks like Ben Affleck or Nathan Lean.

I am not in any sense removing the agency of xenophobes or those who generalize on all people from the Middle East as terrorists or dangerous.

But I see that there a correlation between leftist denial of the problem of Islamism and average Europeans turning more to the Far Right Nationalists for answers because they promise “security”.

These elections are very crucial, I really wish no Islamist inspired terrorist attacks happen in the United States but I wouldn’t be surprised that if a major terrorist attack happens here in America in one of our major cities, we will have someone like Trump or Ted Cruz.

Liberal Democrats need to realize that when they irrationally defend actions of certain minority groups, they are weakening and harming the minorities within these minorities that stand for secularism and universal human rights who are one of the top victims of Islamism as we have seen in Bangladesh and Yemen few days ago.
