Would you rather attend a boot camp or enroll in an institution?
This is one important question I would frequently ask myself. My question was still not clearly answered until I got a chance to be an Andela boot-camper. The intensive, full-time, high-quality 2-weeks design to prepare you for what their fellowship will be like.
It’s 3 days since my boot-camp begun well, just the other day but with confidence, It’s the most overwhelming and fulfilling learning experience. There is the full day on- campus and off-campus. When off- campus we are required to learn remotely and constantly submit assigned tasks to your facilitator. It’s my first time. There’s the downside side of this, not having solid internet connections but there’s good that comes with it.
You’ll have the comforts of home at your disposal. Food, restroom, peace and quiet or your choice of music. Maybe you’ll have your pet too. Clearly .Boot camps may be a good starting point, and right for finding talent in my opinion. With such kind of experience, the benefits definitely far outweigh such concerns and challenges.
