Morning Thoughts

What is the difference between an organization and an organism?

The context of this question stems out from what Jesus meant when He said “build my church— a church isn’t an organization or an organism. If it was an organism, then we’d be worshipping the leaders, idols etc. Nor is it an organization. A church functions like a body, it functions as connected to each other altogether.

When your heart stops beating, your organ system stops functioning. That’s how important of a role you play in the church, each one was created for a specific role to fulfill. The easiest way to recognize what role you play in the grand scheme of things is to note your relationship with others. How do you relate with others? Are you a son, a daughter? A student, a teacher?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
