Facing your fear of failure

Before doing this activity I afraid to do this because I felt that I can’t speak in front of many people. I felt hesitation did the people listen to me? Did they pay attention to me what I am saying? Because I think that I shall not be able to talk with anyone. After that I realized that I should try it if I want to get success in my life then I have to defeat to this fear. I should try to overcome it.

I prepared the elevator pitch for promoting the Amal Academy and convince the people that they should apply for it. Actually we did this activity to spread the message of Amal Academy to the students of Hailey College of Commerce, Punjab University. We prepared the pitch on Amal Academy what is Amal Academy? What it do? Who runs this and who gave the idea about it? What type of skills they build in a person? We went to different classes of B.com for telling about Amal Academy. My friends and I distributed the flyers and delivered pitch for what the Amal Academy is about? When we were going to start we felt hesitation because we didn’t have done this before this activity.

When we start the pitch we saw that people want to listen us? We told them about the skills, background and description of Amal Academy. We found that its difficult about but we made our best to deliver maximum knowledge about the Amal Academy. We also got odd responses from people. But we should try our level best to convince them apply for this company. Mostly students give positive responses; mostly know already about Amal Academy. Then I added them some useful tips to how they can enroll them and become the most favorite Amal fellowship.

Through this activity I learnt that everything will be done successfully if you want to get a success that “you can do it” I learned that I talk with the different people gave you a positive thing about you. Its takes a great courage for us. Its reduce the hesitation and increase confidence, communication and teamwork skills. We distribute the flyers and and try to convince them to apply for Amal Academy. Overall it has a good activity I really enjoyed it.
