Preparing my “assignment of Microbiology” within 3 hours.
Except 1st two pomodoro it was a really amazing experience for me as I prepare my assignment within due time and I remember that which questions I solved and their answers too. Before that I was used to prepare my assignment without any focus and learning. Just find out answer and write down. But this time I was able to focus on my work with minor distractions. During my 1st two Pomodoro I was distracted 3 times. Once my mother call me to ask something, 2nd I was curious to check WhatsApp and Facebook, 3rd my assignment paper were blowing due to breeze and I was distraced in arranging these papers.
By using this technique I learn that how to save yourself from distractions, how to focus and how to stay fresh throughout the working day and achieve your task with better quality and quantity. As I done my task before deadline, within 2 hours 45 minutes, without using this technique it would be take more than 4 hours. So time management was another accomplishment with pomodoro technique.
Regular Implementation and Improvements:
I plan to apply pomodoro technique regularly because the it makes me more productive, creative and fresh throughout the day. I will use this technique for prepration of exams, assignments, presentations and projects. And next time I will sit in environment that makes me more productive with less or no distractions and equipped with all necessary requirements. And I also share my experience with my network and endorse them to use this techniqe and get better outcomes.
