  • “Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. …Happiness is the art of never holding in your mind the memory of any unpleasant thing that has passed.”

No one want to be sad , depressed. But sometimes situations make us sad and this is our choice how we observe the situation either positive or negative, and how we perceive stress as a challenge or as a threat.

Have you ever struggled with negative thoughts, emotions, depression or anything related?

Yes of course many times in my life I struggled with negative thaughts and depression. however I handel it after sometimes but its impacts were long lasting and I wasted my time.

After my college, I have to choose any university according to available resources and the area of my study. I applied for different univesities, hospitals for DPT. Invest my 2 months including Ramzan, for searching different Institutes, applying for admission , preparation for entry test. But unfortunately I didn’t get admission in my dream institute due to some family problems. It was the worst time in my life. I was stressed and decide to skip my study, but my parents, my elder sister give me hope and encourage me during my dark time as a result I got admission in Islamia college.

Initailly, I was stressed enough that I could not able to manage my 1st semester properly and always think and talk to my fellows about my dream university. My family motivate me to love my college. After midterm I realize that whatever I have is the good one. So I start finding happiness in every little activity , assignment, presentation. And believe me It was an amazing and joyful experience.
