Sharing the 6 guidelines with your classmate

Sharing is a skill that we learn and utilize most of the time and maximize our own learning by sharing. Its a common and precious saying that :

“Sharing is caring”

As Honey Good said:

“I believe I live a happy life because I love to share all things, except my husband”.

I felt joy when I shared , it brings happiness, real satisfaction and changes my mood. I got a project to share 6 tips with my fellow to maximize my own learning and to give her better idea about these tips. As I already share my whole experience with my classmates , all the tips that I have learned in person I share with them and all are curious to know more and more. And I m thankful to Amal which give me opportunity to do my favorite task ( sharing my experience) in a form of Project work.

I share these tips with my friend Urwa Hassan and she was keen to learn from these tips. The tip I discussed:

1. Do an internship before pursuing a higher degree to confirm if you like that field/industry

2. Don’t do PhD if you want to be an entrepreneur or work in corporate sector

3. Spend at least one year in your first job

4. Find your passion and align it with your career

5. Decisions are very unique to each person, what’s right for one isn’t right for the other

6. Own your decisions: Don’t let other people make decisions for you and don’t blame anyone else

Experience:

The overall experience were awesome as she have a little bit idea about these tips and after this discussion we learned more from each other thoughts and knowledge in fact I learned more because she faced a mishap from her family that didn’t allow her to choose her career according to her passion and she obey her parents and choose the career according to their wish. But she advice me to never stop thinking about your passion , and do it at any stage of life where you get opportunity , don’t miss it.

She was not disagree with any of these points and do an open discussion on every point although we invest more time on the 1st and 4th tip. She told that if we are not finding any internship before pursuing a higher degree then how we will explore more about our interest then I advice her to do research, use networks and other resources you will definitely find something relevant.

I learned by sharing this tips that :

“The more we share, The more we learn”

These tips are really important to incorporate in our career and we have to practice them by sharing with our surrounding people so that we will remember these more easily.

Thank you readers!
