Thousands have lived without love,No one without water.
There is a report published by United Nations Water Agency in 2016.According to this report 2/3rd of the world population will be living in water stressed condition.It means that for these 2/3rd water will not be available freely like we have today.We chose this topic as a Mega Project because we think that this is the topic which is not being addressed properly by our electronic and print media.They are not focusing on social issues like water conservation and others.Many of our media houses are biased.Media plays an important role in public awareness.They all are making dumb and deaf by spreading false news.
In this blog I’ll discuss about our seminar that we have conducted successfully on 29th September 2018 at E-Library Faisalabad.The name of our group members are following:

In the last blog we have discussed that we have contact with 4 to 6 speakers.But Dr.M.Sabir is the best choice for that.Because he has studied Environmental Sciences and also done Post Doc in it.He is also doing research on water treatment.He is currently doing a job as an Assistant Professor in Government College Faisalabad.One thing that I will love to mention here is that he is so humble and nice person. Initially we are planning to serve the lunch for the speaker.But he refused on it and said that he will happy with the refreshment that will served to audience.
Now I will discuss some questions that are asked to write this blog.
1. Were you able to meet the goals?
Our goals were to conduct a successful seminar on time and to give awareness about water conservation.We are successfully meet our goals.As this was the very first event that I and my team members were organized,we did pretty well at the end.
What were the challenges?
So first time pressure situation comes when we came to know that we have to conduct the event before 6th October.Because the last session of our fellowship is on 7th October.This was the challenge and I think the amount of pressure was gigantic.But we remain calm and start thinking about solutions.We arranged the speaker for 6th October.We talked to him and he was not free before 6th October.So then after asking so much to others,finally Dr. Sabir agreed.Then we have rescheduled our event to 29th October at E-library.I think the key was the calmness and we did not go in panic situation.So at the end of the day all went exceptional.
3. What was the outcome?
The main purpose of this event is to create awareness among people about water conservation.All the audience including our speaker appreciated our efforts to organize this seminar and make people able to think about their future.Because there is no future without water.All the staff of E-Library encouraged us to continue this initiative because its a very serious issue.
4. How many people were you able to impact?
Well as far as audience is concerned we were able to engage healthy audience.The number of people were around 50 during the seminar.By considering this fact that it was the very first event organized by us,we were able to engage good number of audience.
5. Would you change your approach in future?
Well in future we will try to organize seminars in different universities and institutes not only on importance of water but on other social issues.To engage the audience we did an Q/A session during the seminar and give prizes to winners.We will continue this in the future as well.
6. How would you continue this project in future?
We would love to continue this in the future.The possible ways are following.
a) With the seminars we can also arrange awareness to aware people about social issues.
b) We can also start an organization or society which will make people to think about different social issues.
c) We can also convenience print and electronic media to raise the social issues as much as they can.Not only the issue but the solutions as well.
Following are some highlights of our event.
At the end I just want to say that we all are know about the problems that we are facing in a society.We should raise our voice to solve these problems and give awareness to people.Because if we will not do this now then it would be too late for us.
