Regardless, I agree that it was unfortunate Clark had to deal with it because it was super awkward. You seem to be leveraging what she went through to get some catharsis for your own frustrations with male/female dynamic. All of this is fine but don't coerce the reader into agreeing with you under threat of labeling them a bad person.
