- Preparation Tools:
Wallpaper cutter, scissors, tape measure, Wallpaper brush, squeegee, roller, pencil and bucket.
2.Wall treatment:
Make sure the wall is clean, dry and flat, any stains or grease on the wall need to be cleaned.
For old Wallpaper, you need to remove it first and then clean the wall.
3.Measuring & Marking:
Measure the height and width of the wall with a tape measure and mark the cutting size on the wall with a pencil.
4.Cutting the Wallpaper:
Cut the Wallpaper according to the measured dimensions, taking care to align the pattern and motifs.
5.Spray Method:
Spray water evenly on the wall, it is recommended to use a spray bottle to ensure even water coverage.
6.Gluing the Wallpaper:
Glue the Wallpaper from top to bottom, make sure it is aligned vertically, and gently scrape it flat with a Wallpaper brush or squeegee.
7.Treating Seams:
When pasting the next piece of Wallpaper, pay attention to the pattern and seams alignment, and gently scrape the seams with a squeegee.
8.Trim the edges:
After pasting is complete, use a Wallpaper knife to trim excess Wallpaper along edges such as corners or skirting lines.
9.Cleaning and finishing:
After installation, clean the Wallpaper surface with a damp cloth or spray bottle to remove excess air bubbles and ensure a clean and flat surface.
