Fast food is a form of food that is easily prepared and served. It enters our bodies all the time. For me I consume fast food around 2 to 3 times a day. Fast food include many carbohydrates and sugars, it is normally pre prepared which include chemicals to keep the food edible and not stale etc,. These chemicals are not good for your body, things such as sodium and other minerals are not good for your health. I’m not sure what my question would be for this topic so I am not completely finished with this blog!!
