2. Fox Theatre: It’s the venue that has hosted Elvis Presley, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Marley, and Pearl Jam since 1929. In June 2006, the renovated theatre installed a $130,000 digital cinema video projection system and hosted The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe in the Summer Film Festival. The Egyptian architecture-based venue includes the most significant working Moller theatre organ globally, ‘Mighty Mo.’

Renowned for being an urban oasis in the heart of midtown, the Botanical Gardens have 30 acres of outdoor gardens and is home to the most significant conservation nursery in the southeast.

  1. Mercedes-Benz Stadium: A multi-purpose stadium, home to the Atlanta Falcons National Football League and the Atlanta United FC of Major League Soccer. This stadium is owned by Georgia’s state government and operated by AMB Group, the parent organization. 8. Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum: National Archives and Records Administration runs the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum. The nearly 70000 square feet with 15300 square feet of space houses almost 27 million pages of documents, 500000 photos, and 40000 objects. You can even watch films videos and listen to audiotapes that cover all areas of the Carter Administration, foreign policy, and instances related to the personal lives of the President and Mrs. Carter. His Nobel Prize won for Peace is also on display, and all the exhibits are related to the charitable work done by Mr. Jimmy Carter. You can get your kids to wander seamlessly in a 35-acre park with two small lakes, a Japanese garden, and an astonishing view of the Atlanta Skyline.

Center for Civil and Human Rights: This is an interesting cultural attraction in downtown Atlanta that celebrates the achievements of both the American Civil Rights Movement and the Global Human Rights Movement. Inaugurated in June 2012, the museum hosts many permanent and temporary exhibitions, which depict the story of the civil rights movement in the United States. ‘Voice to the Voiceless: The Morehouse College Martin Luther King Collection’; ‘Rolls down like Water: The American Civil Rights Movement; and ‘Spark of Conviction: The Global Human Rights Movement’ are three permanent only exhibitions at the Centre.

Zoo Atlanta: Seen as one of the finest zoological institutions in the United States, this one-of-a-kind zoo has a mission to inspire value and preservation of wildlife through a unique mix of education and outdoor family experiences. Visitors to the Atlanta Zoo have memorable encounters with more than 1000 animals from all over the globe. The star attractions include the giant pandas and lots of reptiles & amphibians. The restoration helped open many high-profile exhibits such as The Ford African Rain Forest and pair of giant pandas, Lun Lun and Yang Yang.
