If I don’t insist on it at the beginning, I am just a follower listening to orders. Then I will find frustrated as I am only listening others telling me what to do.

…to be happy to work here. I want you to work here not just because of money, but your work passion. I don’t want you to design under commands and orders that make you lose your interest and motivation.
