This is a very popular phenomenon, where you approach popular celebrities or an influencer to talk about your product and services, which positively impact on your sales, they will charge for this and there are many types of approaches like they can write a tweets, blogs, or promote on videos, audio advertising etc.. many people don’t know but word of mouth also comes under influencer outreach category, your friends and relatives also can be your influencer which also plays a positive role in your success.

Co-creation is like an influencer outreach but it’s technically different from it, If suppose you are a popular brand and you do not want to really promote a particular product because you believe the span of the product is only 2 months, so you really don’t want to create noise and you don’t have the ability to drive to create an engagement, you might not be a popular brand and you just want to launch a product, you want a thousands and millions of people traction in few days. They create separate support pages and communities in social media and process customer concerns through tickets. So, this way there Is transparency of communications and quick response. Many businesses don’t do branded channels for doing a fancy piece of communications, they don’t do social selling but they use social media to raise tickets for customer service.
