BE Interested, Not Interesting
Personally, when I used to think i find it more beautiful if someone may ask me “Yes it is just because of you, or your efforts made me able to achieve my goal” it will be very helpful to motivate our employee’s because it will fulfill their intensive need and they will show a positive output as consideration and try to create efficiency. According to “Dale Carnegie” you can make more friends you can make more friends in two months by becoming genuinely interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you. It is so simple and there is difference between Be Interested and Being Interesting you can make more friends by just let people and your friends know that you are interested in them and how much you are caring and loving for them.
In business meetings when we have a meeting with our client there should be a focus on “YOU” not on “I”. It will show the respect and courtesy to other peoples and help us to communicate in well manners. It will show a positive response that we are interested in them and a good opportunity to create our good attitude in their perceptions.
I have practiced this activity of “Be Interested” and I am excited to see the results. A lots of my friend with whom I was not in contact Get shocked and excited on my long term questions. Most of them was asking have you broke up with your girlfriend or do u need some cash. They were laughing like, they were not expecting it but their answers were really satisfying. it was my small effort to tell friend that they have an importance in my life.
