One kind work can change someone’s entire day, try it!
“ No act of kindness, no matter how small is it, will never wasted. “

Kindness is defined as the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Affection, gentleness, warmth, concern, and care are words that are associated with kindness. Being kind often requires courage and strength. Kindness is an interpersonal skill. Being kind can strengthen your relationships and sense of satisfaction in life. When you treated someone with kindness this will make them feel happy and precious sometimes, and even with your little deed of kindness can create a chain of being kind with others, as if you show kindness with someone in return they tend to be kind with others too. The positive effects of kindness are experienced in the brain of everyone who witnessed the act, improving their mood and making them significantly more likely to “pay it forward.” This means one good deed in a crowded area can create a domino effect and improve the day of dozens of people.
It is proved scientifically that how can kindness leaves a powerful impacts on human nature, kindness is helpful to increase the love hormone, energy, happiness, life spans and pleasure, and kindness decreases the anxiety, depression, blood pressure, stress and pain. Even I am amazed after reading that research, that how can this little deed can makes wonders. We all should try to be kind with others and even with ourselves too. So I started to do small acts of kindness, which is obvious to me, but the response from the receiver its really makes my day. And I can feel that even these little acts are makes them feel happy and satisfied. So here are some acts which I have done in last 24 hours.

1st act: luckily I have very good friends who helped me when ever I need helps from them, and I always say thank you to them, but now I gave the genuine compliments about them and thats makes them happy.
2nd act: I helped my sister, my sister was busy to doing some very important task and she is unable to handle her daughter, so I helped her to take the responsibility to take care of her daughter, so she can do her task easily.
3rd act: I use to do it regularly, but yesterday again did this to accomplish my task. I gave a dress to our maid. And she was really happy and excited. That smile on her face makes my day.
4th act: I am good is statistics, my university fellows was facing difficulties to solve the problems of assignment, so I explained them and and help them how to solve those problems, and also give them my notes, which I had prepared for myself.
5th act: My friend told me that her class fellow is unable to pay her fee due to some serious financial issues at her home, so they are contributed to help her, and ask me If I want to contribute, So I gave her contribution from my savings.
Kindness is not only impactful for them who is receiving it, but its also makes you feel happier and satisfied, but condition is to try it. Kindness is not a ability its a habit, so try to adopt this habit, even start with the little things.
