I would have to agree there has been very little focus on the farmers of real operating vertical farms, 2 months ago we had a visitor from the USDA who told us how happy they were to see a real operating vertical farm. There is way to much smoke and mirrors being kicked up by companies and there so called technology who never grew anything or have a wire rack with some lights on it and a few lettuce plants that claim to be a vertical farm. We live this everyday from selling our produce to sell the hardware we designed to the people we train to grow, our 10'x15' grow operation supplies thousands pounds of microgreens annually to restaurants within our “Zip Code” we have trained over 200 people worldwide to grow using our simple 5 step process we developed, we have over 125 growers worldwide using our hardware we designed. We have been doing this for 5 years now, this is our life we are REAL URBAN FARMERS not some wannabe looking to cash in on the next bubble, the vertical farm arena is like the dotcom boom to bust only people got a lot smarter after the dotcom bust it will shake out fast and those who really have something will be left those who have outlandish claims and lots of smoke and mirrors will be left in the rubble. My 2 cents for what its worth. 5 years from now City-Hydo will still be here still growing and living the life of an REAL URBAN FARMER https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_4mKyNK6xM
