I have to put a lot of courage in my mind because after interviewing an HR of IT industry. She said that there is no concern of in-person drop of CV. In IT industry, they don’t need of anyone some like passionate. They just need a good programmer, having excellent coding skills, efficient learning skills, his algorithms are more efficient. So, there is a fear in my mind but I come over this and decide to go another Software House.

First of all, I researched about the company, where it is located, is there any job vacancies etc. I read the Job Description more clearly. Then I write my cover letter, a Super Hero Cover Letter according to the situation. I made ready my elevator pitch through which I will explain myself to the HR manager. I updated my CV a bit. I decided the day of visiting the company.

On that day, I dressed up professionally, put on some courage and book a Careem. I reached at the software house, I told peon that I come to drop my CV personally to your HR manager Azeem Iqbal. After taking his time he decided to let me go to the office. I approached to the receptionist and request her that can I meet with Azeem sb. I want to handover my CV personally to him. Firstly, she was not allowing me to meet him. But, after I insist somehow she allowed me. Then I waited for Azeem sb. He came after an hour and I approached him in hurry. Firstly, I said Assalam o Alikum and then I introduce myself. I told him about the purpose of my visit. Then, he agreed on small interview. I spoke my elevator pitch. After that, he said have you applied online, have you mailed me your CV. I said yes I have. But, I want to personally meet and Handover my CV to you. He said that’s great. I personally go through your CV and then we will call you for final interview. I said Allah Hafiz and came back to hostel.

While coming back I was thinking that for what I fear about? It’s an amazing experience and I was shocked about the reaction of Azeem sb. In the end I would like to thanks to Amal Academy that he put courage in me for that.
