Yasir, you blessing! — A Gift Overdue

If I start counting people who I have to thank for what I am today, I would miserably fail because there are just too many people i.e. parents, siblings, bhaos (a term which I use to call my close friends), etc.. Reason is simple; I always had a learning attitude.

“Learn even from the beggar if you see something good” ~ My Father

But of course, there are some people who contributed to your personality the most. Since I am trying to think outside the box, therefore, for me that person would be my best friend, Choudhry Yasir Ali.

What makes him special? Well, he was the first person who could see the real me behind a character who was perfect in pretending to be happy. He made me feel special by understanding how I felt. I could see the best version of myself when I was around him. He brought the innovative me by his little course of actions; pushing me to learn new things, to study hard so that I may fulfill my father’s requirements, etc. It helped me a lot throughout my career. To be honest, it made me what I am today. I won’t go any further since it won’t be any easy for me to stop anymore. I realized how important it was to thank him. Therefore, I made him a creative card (yes with a little help from YouTube).

Thank You Letter Card

Yes, it is not filled yet because since we are best friends and we use a language style that isn’t suitable to be shown in public (especially on some medium blog). Therefore, I saved you guys from reading some immature comments I would have made for my best friend. Anyhow, the strip with multiple small cards is just something innovative I came up with, on YouTube, All you have to do is pull the strip and the cards would pop up one by one. I am not an expert but I did give it a try.

It wasn’t perfect but it is displaying the effort I put into making. I have sent this card to my best friend via courier service and I just can’t wait to get his response. I know he is tough, he will try to hide his emotions as much as he can but in the end, he is my best baby bear with whom I can share all my miseries.

Thank you, Yasir! May everyone have a friend like you!
