How to cook Gomej kabab

First, clean the meat thoroughly and, after washing, crush the sliced ​​or slightly larger and pour into a dish. Add pomegranate sauce, grilled walnuts, chopped onions, chopped vegetables, a little Angelica, salt and black pepper to the meat and mix it with good hands.
