Women taking help of AI tools

As a solopreneur, building and maintaining a personal brand can be one of the biggest challenges😩

It can be a real challenge to create and promote content everyday that resonates with potential customers — and don’t even get me started on the replies and engagements you need to do especially if you are new to social media 🙃.

If you are already a solopreneur you know my pain, but if you are just starting out carry on reading to find the only 7 tools you need to run your personal brand.

As a solopreneur, staying productive can be tough without colleagues or supervisors around to help keep you on track with your goals. I should say am truly blessed 😊 to have my son who keeps me on check from time to time.

Son ?? 🤷‍♀️

Okay ! okay ! I know you are confused 😄

If you’d like to know more about me, you can read my story by clicking the link below. 👇

Alright, now lets move on with the blog…

To be successful as a solo entrepreneur, it’s important to set realistic and achievable goals, making use of the right tools to stay organized, motivated and get things done.

If you do not use the right tools, you will likely find yourself overwhelmed with tasks that you can’t complete in a timely manner.

You may be thinking, “Yeah, I Googled ‘Top Tools to Run a Business as a Solopreneur’ only to find an endless list of tools, each promoted by their own websites.😑”

I’ve been there, read that, and felt the same way you do.

Cut the crap and find below the 7 FREE No-code tools I use daily that make my productivity 300x faster (№. 6 is a must) :

This is the structure of my daily workflow. Read the blog to find out which tool is most suitable for each task.

Structure of 7 tools that make my business 300x faster

1. Notion✍️ for creating content

Notion is where my work begins.

It’s an all in one tool to write, store your 🔖 bookmarks, capture 🧠 knowledge and much more.

With its simple editor, I can convert any line of text to any block of my choice with a click.

Google docs, excel sheets and Pdf’s are old school. When I began using Notion, I quickly realized that I could replace almost all of my document apps with it.

My entire Twitter manager is in Notion, where I capture :

💡 Ideas

🐦 Create tweets

🗓️ Schedule them

💬 Manage my engagements, and

📊 See all my analytics right from Notion.

I have found that it is a great way to organize my online presence and make sure I am staying on track with my goals, without getting overwhelmed by the sheer amount of tasks that I have to do.

Notion is an incredibly powerful tool for creating content.

It makes life easier for me by allowing me to easily organize and manage my work.

Plus, I can use it to collaborate with my team ( my son 😄) and receive feedback from him, without having to switch back and forth between multiple apps.

Notion can also be used to create websites that are designed to look great and function seamlessly.

It’s easy to create a blog with Notion too, and you can even use it to sell digital products such as eBooks, online courses, templates and more.

I will write about how to create a website, blog and online courses in detail in an another blog. So follow me and 👁️ watch out.

With Notion’s drag-and-drop interface and its wide range of integrations, it’s easy to see why it’s quickly becoming the go-to platform for digital entrepreneurs.

Now that Notion has introduced AI, Notion is more powerful than ever. Am trying it out now and will write about in the future of how it helps me never get stuck for ideas.

If you’re interested in using ‘Twitter Automation OS’, Like this blog and comment below “Yes I want” and I will launch it soon.

Here is sneak peak of how it looks

2. ChatGPT 🧠 for Research & Enhancement

Are you tired of spending hours on research, curating content, SEO, and fixing spelling and grammar errors? I know you are because I have been there. 😆

But its time to say goodbye to those tedious tasks with Chat GPT! This amazing AI tool has helped me revolutionize ⚡ my business, particularly on Twitter and Medium.

In fact, I credit Chat GPT for helping me start my journey on Medium in the first place.

SEO used to be a major roadblock 🚧 for me when it came to publishing blogs on Medium.

But thanks to Chat GPT, finding keywords and crafting SEO-friendly titles and descriptions is a breeze now.

It even generates multiple versions of titles for me, saving me hours of work.

But Chat GPT’s capabilities don’t end there. As a writer, you can also:

  • Make a paragraph longer or shorter with ease and style.
  • Rewrite content in any tone of voice you desire.
  • Provide alt text for images that boost SEO.
  • Transform a dull blog into an emotionally charged and captivating read.
  • Summarize a lengthy blog into concise bullet points.

and know what, Chat GPT can even write an entire blog for you.

But I suggest using it to spark your creativity instead of relying on it entirely.

After all, we don’t want to see the demise of content writing jobs in the future, but I think it’s already sent many careers packing their bags! 😬

Personally, I would never hire a content writer for my business when I have this tool. It can do a job in seconds what would take a human an entire day.

That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chat GPT or Notion AI for my business — it makes my work 500 times faster and more efficient.

Give it a try and see the magic unfold!

3. Figma 🎨 for designs

This is a web-based UI design tool that is absolutely packed with a ton of 🧰 templates, plugins, and resources.

For me, figma is the go to tool for all of my designs, as I find it much easier to use than Canva.

With figma’s versatile capabilities, I’m able to create stunning landing pages, UI mockups, and graphic designs with a level of detail and precision that I have not seen in any other design tool.

It’s comprehensive features, such as its drag-and-drop editing, intuitive user interface, and its library of templates make it easy to quickly create designs that look professional and polished✨.

What’s more, just like Notion, Figma has the ability to collaborate with others and get 🗨️ feedback which enables me to quickly iterate on designs and make sure that I’m getting the best results possible.

In fact, I’m so impressed with what figma has to offer that I would say it’s the most user-friendly and comprehensive design tool out there.

It’s no wonder why it’s become an indispensable part of my design process, allowing me to create high-quality designs faster ⚡ than ever before.

4. Telegram 👥 for community

Telegram needs no explanation — it is hands-down the best 🔒open-source messenger app available.

Respecting the privacy of its users while offering 80x more features than Whatsapp.

It is quite astonishing 😲 that Whatsapp is still around, with the sheer number of privacy breaches that it faces.

You must be wondering, where is an email marketing tool 😲 in this list.

No, I am not sending Newsletters yet because I got Telegram, which is way more better.

It is more effective than email marketing for building and nurturing a community because of its powerful features such as polls, surveys, and live streams, which can be used to interact with the community and get instant feedback.

You get to interact with your community weekly or Bi weekly through newsletters but in telegram you can connect daily 🤝

Btw, which Email- marketing tool do you use ?

Substack, Mailer lite or Convert kit ?

Let me know which one is good and your experience with it in the comments section.

I use Telegram for the Muslimumpreneur channel, as well as my own private group. Groups can be associated to a channel as a discussion group 💬. This allows users to easily engage with posts and share their thoughts and opinions.

Telegram has taken another step forward with the introduction of topics ⚡ in groups recently.

This feature makes Discord almost redundant in comparison.

The topics feature enables users to find related posts quickly and easily, and also to create their own sub-groups 👥 for specific topics.

This allows for more focused discussions and more efficient communication between users.

Another great feature of Telegram is the availability of 🤖 bots.

It provides a wide variety of bots to make the user experience even more enjoyable. From automated reminders to automatic translations, there are bots for almost every task.

I use a bot called Rose bot” to moderate my group when am not available. It takes action on messages that violate rules set by admins, like deleting offensive messages and blocking ⛔ users.

With it, you as an admin can keep your group running smoothly without constant monitoring.

This makes Telegram a great choice for both personal and professional use.

Additionally, due to its open-source nature, users have the potential to create custom bots for specific tasks 🤹‍♀️.

Uninstall Whatsapp and install Telegram and you will thank me later 😁

5. Twitter 🗣️ for personal brand

Twitter is my main 👥 audience building tool currently, as I am not focusing on other platforms at this time.

Twitter can be an effective tool for connecting with potential customers and building 💕relationships with them.

To maximize the effectiveness of Twitter as an audience building tool, it is important to focus on creating content that resonates with your target audience.

Post content that is relevant to your audience and post regularly to keep them engaged.

This will help your posts reach a larger audience and make it easier for people to find your content.

Additionally, use Twitter Lists to organize and keep track of other accounts that are relevant to your audience.

Finally, engage with your followers by replying to their comments and interacting with them.

By taking these steps, you can use Twitter as an effective audience building tool.

Though Twitter helps you in building your own customer base, it also has its downsides. Twitter can be a major time-suck 🔴, and if you don’t engage with your followers regularly, it can punish you by limiting your reach.

To avoid these pitfalls, make sure to set aside specific ⏰ time to be active on Twitter and use tools to help you manage your time and focus on the most important tasks.

Be mindful of how much time you spend on the platform.

However, I’m hopeful that someone from our Ummah will create a social media platform similar to Twitter, inshaAllah, that is designed with better algorithms that don’t make us feel like we are starving for attention.

Such a platform would be a great contribution to our Ummah, as it would provide us with an effective way to build our audience in a respectful and meaningful way.

I started my journey after watching Vensy Krishna ‘s this 👇 video. If nothing inspires you to build your personal brand, this video definitely will.

6. Bardeen 🤖 for Twitter automation

Bardeen is an incredible no-code automation tool that provides a remarkable way to automate all repetitive tasks directly from your browser — for absolutely FREE.

But don’t let the free price tag mislead you — this tool also delivers on web scraping tasks. With just a few clicks, you can build an impressive prospect list in minutes, scraping from sources such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

I’m personally a huge fan of Bardeen and use it to automate many of my tasks, from auto-posting to Twitter from Notion to retrieving Twitter analytics and saving all my Twitter friends in Notion.

By using Bardeen, you can take care of all your

🤝 Meetings,

📢 Marketing,

💰 Sales,

👤 Recruiting and

🔍 Data research tasks

in a fraction of the time it used to take earlier.

Furthermore, you will be able to do it all without writing a single line of code.

Why wait, install the extension and start automating 🚀

7. Make 🤖 for Telegram automation

Make is an another amazing no-code automation tool that helps you automate your tasks, apps, marketing, and pretty much anything you can think of.

If you know Zapier, Make is the cheaper, but better version of it.

Make offers 1000 FREE operations per month while Zapier offers just 100.

I use Make to auto post all my messages to my Telegram channel right from Notion. Similar to Bardeen automation, all I have to do is create a message, set the 🕝 ‘time’ for posting, and set the status as ‘Scheduled’ and Make will automatically post it at the scheduled time.

It doesn’t stop there, though. Make also copies the post link from Telegram and pastes it in Notion and updates the status to ‘Published’. See easy peasy 😎

You don’t have to take my word for it, though. Give it a try and see for yourself just how much time you can save by using this automated tool.

You won’t know until you try it. Use it and see how much of a difference it can make in your life. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can get things done with the help of Make.

With its simple but powerful features, you can automate your work in no time ⚡.

I discovered that Make has an affiliate program, so I thought why not make good use of it. If you subscribe to one of their paid plans, I’ll get a small commission. If you want to sign up, use the link above — it could help me out indirectly. ☺

Please note: I link these companies and their products because of their quality, and not because of the commission I receive from your purchases. The decision is yours — whether or not you decide to buy something is completely up to you.

Bardeen and Make Automation tools are both incredible, allowing me to forget about mundane tasks and focus my energy on more creative tasks. With their help, I can dedicate my time to learning and creating content that makes a difference.
